In the application there are presented aquarelles painted in “Alla Prima” technique that means “in one scoop”. The artist, first, wet the paper a lot, then applies watercolours which make water patterns, there is no opportunity to paint preliminary fine details or under-paintings, the painting becomes still and can be neither changed, nor re-painted. That is why, the artist who masters the “Alla Prima” technique shall have especial skills and talent, and this technique itself is rare enough.
In the application pictures and fragments of the well-known Ukrainian painter Olga Barabanova are shown. The demonstration of her works is divided into 5 topics: shades of white, shades of blue, shades of red, shades of yellow, all palette.
