Pulse News is not your average news app. It is an app that allows you to keep track of all the news sites you frequent and to have them ready for you to read when you access the app. You scroll up and down to view your list of saved news websites and left to right to view excerpts from the features for the day that are on those news sites. It is an app that is really well done and easy to use. The interface is simple yet dynamic, allowing you to scroll from one news website to the next very easily.

Levers is a game that requires a certain amount of thinking and strategy. It also happens to be really fun and entertaining, making it a worthwhile app to have especially since its free. The game starts off with a sort of balance beam scale and an object drops from the sky and falls into the water below. The point of the game is to make sure there are no objects touching the water. Once an object has stayed on the balance beam scale for long enough without touching the water, as indicated by the clock, another object will fall into the water. This happens until you have so many objects and balance beam scales that it really becomes difficult to make it so that there are no objects in the water.

This app at first may seem a bit obvious since it is so much like the website of the same name. However, the reason why I felt it was important to write a blog about the NPR music app is that a lot of websites that have corresponding apps fail to do what NPR music did so well and that is create an app that represents the website and stays true to its purpose but is still easy and simple to use.
